NuJaws® JXL lever action external connectors provide safe, leak tight connections for charging, evacuating and pressure or vacuum testing. Easy lever action makes grip and seal connections to 1,000 psi. Designed for bubble, pressure decay and mass spectrometer testing. The connector is leak tight to 10-7 cc/sec.

SPECIFICATIONS

Pressure: Vacuum (10 millitorr) to 1,000 psi for manual connections. Pressure rating based on metal test piece not exceeding 30 Rockwell C hardness. As a general guideline, surface must be 5 micro inches or greater. Surfaces less than 5 micro inches are not recommended. Contact FasTest to discuss your specific testing conditions.
Temperature Range: from -40 °F to 250 °F.Contact factory for extreme temperature applications.
Body Assembly: Anodized Aluminum with Delrin handle.
Gripping Collet Assembly: Snap rings,collets and springs are hardened stainless steel.
Interchangeable Collet Sets: JXL0 body for collet sizes .125"to .500"OD
Main Seal: Neoprene is standard and compatible with most refrigerants, air, water and high aniline point petroleum oils.
